🪙 Challenge Coin & Display Coordinator

Reports To: Event Operations Lead
Description:
The Challenge Coin & Display Coordinator manages the end-to-end program for BCI challenge coins and related collectibles. This role focuses on design, production, inventory, and display standards, and can be performed remotely. On-site exchange staffing may be handled by separate event volunteers or an Event Exchange Lead.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate coin design cycles, vendor sourcing, proofs, and production schedules
Maintain accurate inventory, distribution logs, and archival records
Define display and exchange standards and provide guidance to on-site event volunteers
Ship and track coin materials to regional teams as needed
Collaborate with events and merchandising to align timelines and branding
Qualifications:
Experience with logistics, merchandise programs, or collectibles
Strong attention to detail and reliable recordkeeping
Clear communication skills and comfort coordinating remotely
Ability to manage timelines with vendors and event teams
Interest in community events and collectible culture
