🧭 Training Lead

Description:
The Training Lead designs and delivers the global training program for Bar Citizen event coordinators. The focus is on practical, repeatable event operations training for regional and local coordinators worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Build a standardized curriculum for worldwide event coordinators covering planning, venue relations, safety, roles, runbooks, and post-event reporting
Create clear playbooks, checklists, and short video modules that coordinators can use independently
Host periodic coordinator workshops and Q&A sessions across time zones
Partner with regional leads to localize materials and ensure consistent quality
Maintain a lightweight set of staff onboarding resources as needed
Qualifications:
Experience creating training programs or operational playbooks
Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and project management skills
Comfortable facilitating sessions and gathering feedback from volunteers
Familiarity with collaboration tools like Google Workspace and Discord
